Notes from Life's Journey

Books for the Journey

It will become evident I love to read and believe knowledge, comfort, help can be found in books. I will keep a running list of those I refer to or recommend.

Fenelon, Francois. Christian Perfection. A brief search of the Internet did not find this one readily available. You should be able to find it through Interlibrary Loan with your local library. I did find his book, Let Go, at Amazon.com. Both books are filled with quotable and livable lines.

Andrews, Andy. The Traveler’s Gift.

Cameron, Julia. Walking in this World. Though this is the book I’m currently working through and will be most quoted due to the recency of my working with it, I would recommend beginning with her first book, The Artist’s Way, which begins with her approach to finding and developing your own creativity. Walking is one of the steps/helps she offers throughout her writings.
